A receita é um pouco diferente do brigadeiro tradicional de leite condensado. São uma maravilha!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;300g de bolacha Maria&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;300g de chocolate em pó&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;200g de manteiga&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;4 ovos&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;8 colheres (sopa) de coco ralado&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Triturar as bolachas e misturar com a manteiga (o melhor será fazer esta operação com as mãos).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Depois juntar os ovos inteiros, o coco e o chocolate. Normalmente fazia as tortilhas no tacho, o que era "trabalhoso" na hora de virar a tortilha. Desta vez, e seguindo o exemplo que vi em vários blogs, resolvi fazer a tortilha no forno. Depois juntar o chourição e deixar apurar. Por último junte o bacalhau, as batatas em cubinhos e a salsa. Misture tudo muito bem e retire do lume. Coloque este preparado muna tarteira, espalhe uniformemente e cubra com os ovos batidos. Mas como na revista apresentava as duas versões, eu lá fiz o bolo rei à mão. O resultado foi bastante agradável. Só acho que o deixei cozer um pouco demais. Não apresenta grande dificuldade na confecção, apenas demora bastante tempo para levedar, pois o tempo já está bem frio. Já agora, alguma técnica para "acelerar" o processo de levedar? Seleccione e inicie o programa para massa de piza ou massa lêveda. Depois de terminar o programa, adicione os frutos secos, as passas, a fruta cristalizada, o vinho do Porto e a raspa da laranja. Programe novamente na massa de piza.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Quando terminar, retire a massa da cuba para uma superfície enfarinhada e molde duas coroas. Coloque-as num tabuleiro previamente untado com óleo. Tape-as com um pano e deixe levedar até atingir quase o dobro do volume. Pincele com ovo batido, decore com pedaços de fruta cristalizada e pinhões e polvilhe generosamente com açúcar em pó.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 180º por cerca de 30 minutos. Retire e pincele com geleia.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;PREPARAÇÃO MANUAL&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;Numa tigela, disponha a farinha, junte a água e amasse à mão, por cerca de 10 minutos ou com a batedeira de ganchos, por cerca de 5 minutos na velocidade média. Junte os frutos secos, as passas, a fruta cristalizada, o vinho do Porto e a raspa de laranja. Bata por mais um minutos. Molde duas bolas e coloque-as numa tigela enfarinhada. Tape-as com um pano e deixe levedar em local quente até atingirem quase o dobro do volume. Mas isto não é novidade. A maior parte das crianças gosta de carne picada. Acho que é porque não dá muito trabalho a comer - sobra mais tempo para a brincadeira. O comentário do meu "princeso" ao ver esta prato foi: "que fixe mãe, hoje a comida não tem legumes!" Pois, já estão mesmo a ver o que está misturado naquele picadinho: pois, muita cenoura raspada e cogumelos. Com os cogumelos não haveria problemas, agora com a cenoura o caso mudaria de figura!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Desta forma ficamos os dois muito satisfeitos: ele porque comeu uma refeição "sem" legumes e eu, porque consegui que ele comesse as cenouras sem reclamar e claro, qual a mãe que não gosta, passei a ser uma mãe muito "fixe".&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt; Primeiro porque é muito fácil de fazer, segundo porque adoro maçãs e terceiro ao nível das calorias, não é um pecado capital!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 base de massa quebrada&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;maçãs q.b.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;açúcar ou adoçante a gosto&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;geleia ou mel q.b.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;canela em pó&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;Barrar uma forma de tarte com margarina e colocar a base de massa quebrada na forma. Picar o fundo da massa com um garfo e depois polvilhar a massa com um pouco de açúcar ou adoçante. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;Descascar as maçãs, cortar em gomos e dispor a gosto por cima da masa quebrada. Por fim polvilhar as maçãs com açúcar (ou adoçante) e canela.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;Levar ao forno até as maçãs assarem. Claro está que, se são da "mãezinha", têm que ser bons ... muito bons!!!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt; &lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993399;"&gt;Só não entendo a designação de Pastéis de Nata quando não há natas nos ingredientes!!!!! &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;1 embalagem de massa folhada&lt;br /&gt;Meio litro de leite&lt;br /&gt;50g. de farinha&lt;br /&gt;300g. de açucar&lt;br /&gt;1 casca de limão&lt;br /&gt;3 pedrinhas de sal&lt;br /&gt;5 gemas&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Estender a massa folhada até ficar bastante fina e depois cortar em pequenos quadrados.&lt;br /&gt;Barrar forminhas com margarina e forrar as mesmas com os quadrados de massa folhada. Cortar as pontas com uma faca molhada com água. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Recheio:&lt;br /&gt;Levar ao lume o leite, a farinha, o açucar, a casca de limão e o sal,deixando engrossar mas sem ferver. A presença do &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;Mosteiro dos Jerónimos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt; e da &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;Torre de Belém&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt; atraíam inúmeros turistas que depressa se habituaram aos ditos pastéis de nata, ou melhor, Pastéis de Belém.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Bolo de Chocolate e Iogurte &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993399;"&gt;Esta receita foi encontrada algures na net. Depois de alguns "ajustes" passou a ser o bolo de chocolate oficial cá de casa. É muito fácil de fazer e o resultado é mesmo muito bom!!!!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;2 iogurtes naturais&lt;br /&gt;Meia medida do iogurte de óleo&lt;br /&gt;Meia medida do iogurte de leite&lt;br /&gt;3 medidas do iogurte de farinha&lt;br /&gt;3 medidas do iogurte de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;4 ovos&lt;br /&gt;1 colher (chá) de fermento&lt;br /&gt;1 colher (chá) de bicarbonato de sódio&lt;br /&gt;2 colheres (sopa) de Whisky&lt;br /&gt;200g de chocolate culinário (de preferência da "Lindt" com 70% de cacau)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;Batem-se todos os ingredientes, com excepção do chocolate e do bicarbonato, muito bem.&lt;br /&gt;Derrete-se o chocolate em banho-maria e junta-se ao preparado anterior, batendo muito bem à medida que se vai adicionando o chocolate derretido. Como já sabem sou um "pouco" viciada em chocolate. Não lhe resisto, por muito que tente! Este belíssimo exemplar entrou na minha vida de rompante e subiu logo ao meu "Top Ten" dos chocolates.
